Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed to the administrative secretariat.
Cancellations received up to February 12, 2018: 50% refund will be made
Cancellations received after February 13, 2018: no refund will be made

Confirmation of Participation

Attendants will receive an electronic confirmation of participation per e-mail after completing a questionnaire regarding the scientific content and the organization of the congress.
